RETURN POLICY

We understand that there are times you may choose to return items should there be an issue. Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer returns, refund or exchange.

For any returns initiated not due to Spice Range mistake, You will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost.

Returns are only applicable to damaged products. We do not accept any change of mind returns.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Some health and personal care items

* Perishables (Vegetables, Fruits etc) and Frozen items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition received. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 7 days of receiving your order.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@spicerange.com and we will let you know to which warehouse to sent the items. 

Shipping

We partner with multiple shipping carriers to deliver orders all across USA. Majority of the occasions shipments will be fulfilled by UPS.

  • If your purchase is $75 and above we will offer you free shipment.
  • Under $75 there will be a charge depending on your zone, however this is usually $12.99.
  • Additional shipping charges apply to Alaska and Hawaii.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.
