Order & Payment
You can place an order for any amount. However, if the order amount is less than $75, we will charge you a delivery costs depending on your delivery zone.
You do not have to login/create an account at SpiceRange.com to place an order. But we advise our customers to create an account and log in, to keep track of the order details.
During the week order will be shipped 24 - 48 hrs. Orders placed over the weekend will be fulfilled the following Monday.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with an online tracking number from UPS carrier
We accept all major payments through PayPal, VISA, Master Card, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
All your information is 100% safe, secure & encrypted with a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate for added security.
Spice Range is committed to offer our customers the widest range of Indian products. If any of your favorite product isn’t listed on our site, please contact us at info@spicerange.com and we will do our best to source it for you.
Delivery & Returns
We begin processing your order as soon as we receive it and will be delivered via UPS within 1-3 working days after dispatched. Keep in mind that packages aren’t shipped over weekends or local public holidays.
For health and safety reasons, food and perishable products are not returnable or exchangeable. Returns are allowed within 7 days on non-edible items if you received the product damaged. We do not accept change of mind returns. There will be no refund of shipping charges except incases in which Spice Range shipped the incorrect product. If your order is delivered with damaged items, please mail to info@spicerange.com on the same day of delivery with a description and photo of the damage. The return shipping costs to be beared by the buyer.
All mixers and grinders are sourced directly from the manufacturer. The products are converted to 110V for US usage, double tested in its original manufacturer packaging. We do not provide any warranty for the products in USA, however the manufacturer provide warranty in the country of origin (India).
