    Overall I recommend this product

    I use it quite frequently for tadka in Indian cooking and it really served the purpose. Heat distribution is pretty even and it heats up quickly. Easy to pour and clean. Cleaning method is same as what you would normally do for any other cast iron pan.

    Weel-made cast iron pan

    The pot is well made and not cheap. Easy to clean and condition since it's cast iron. I've used it many times since I received it and zero rust has formed and it washes easily.

    Great for tempering Indian dishes

    Cast iron is great. Just use a paper towel or sponge w/ soap to clean and rinse with water. No dish washer and no scouring.
