Kitchen Treasures Palappam Mix makes my workload very simple. You need to just take the powder content from the packet, mix it with warm water with no lumps in it. Keep it for half an hour and the batter is ready. Take your non stick appam pan and pour the batter, rotate it once. Yummy Palappam is ready. You don't have to add anything to the batter. Normally you have to powder or grind rice, mix it with coconut milk and yeast, keep it for a long time a very time consuming process has been made simple. The taste is very good and it takes only a short time to make it. My kids just love it. I always keep some packets ready at home to serve my guests. I am happy with this product since it has a long shelf life too.
